Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern all product purchases made through LifeUp Global's website and online shop. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all product purchases made through the LifeUp Global website (lifeupglobal.com) and online shop (shop.lifeupglobal.com), operated by LifeUp Global L.L.C-FZ and its operating entity LIFEUP d.o.o. Sarajevo (collectively, "LifeUp Global", "we", "us", or "our").

These Terms are supplementary to our Terms & Conditions and should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy.

2. Pricing

All product prices are displayed in Bosnian Convertible Marks (KM/BAM) as the primary currency. An approximate EUR equivalent is shown for reference purposes. The EUR equivalent is provided for convenience only and may fluctuate based on current exchange rates.

All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed separately during the checkout process before you confirm your order.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

3. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and other major cards, processed securely through Stripe

All payments are processed securely via Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Your payment information is encrypted and handled in accordance with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) requirements. LifeUp Global does not store your full credit card details on our servers.

4. Order Process

The order process works as follows:

  • Add to cart: Browse our products and add your desired items to the shopping cart.
  • Checkout: Review your cart, enter your shipping and billing information, and select your preferred payment method.
  • Payment: Complete your payment securely through Stripe. Your payment will be authorized and charged at the time of order placement.
  • Order confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email with your order details and estimated delivery timeline.

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. A binding contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Delivery

We currently ship products within Bosnia and Herzegovina. Delivery details are as follows:

  • Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days from the date of order confirmation
  • Shipping method: Standard delivery via our contracted courier service
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays, public holidays, or adverse weather conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe and will notify you of any significant delays.

6. Risk of Loss

The risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. Once the products have been delivered to the address you specified during checkout, you assume full responsibility for the products.

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@lifeupglobal.com with photographs of the damage and your order number. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Warranty and Statutory Liability for Defects

All LifeUp Global products are manufactured in accordance with applicable quality standards and regulations. We warrant that our products will conform to the descriptions and specifications provided on our website at the time of purchase.

Under the Zakon o obligacionim odnosima (Law on Obligations), we are liable for material defects (materijalni nedostaci) that existed at the time of delivery. You must notify us of any visible defect within 8 days of discovery, and no later than 2 years from the date of delivery. For hidden defects, the notification period runs from the date you discover the defect.

If a material defect is confirmed, you are entitled to request repair, replacement, a proportionate price reduction, or termination of the contract and a full refund. Any contractual warranty (garancija) provided with a product is in addition to, and does not limit, the statutory liability described above.

This warranty does not cover defects arising from misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow usage instructions. For health-related information about our products, please review our Health Disclaimer.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • LifeUp Global's total liability for any claim arising from a product purchase shall not exceed the price paid for that product.
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
  • We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or pandemic-related disruptions.

9. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 15 calendar days of receiving your products, in accordance with BiH consumer protection law. For full details on returns, refunds, and the withdrawal process, please see our Return Policy.

10. Consumer Complaints

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, including the Zakon o zaštiti potrošača (Consumer Protection Law), the Zakon o obligacionim odnosima (Law on Obligations), and the Zakon o unutrašnjoj trgovini (Law on Internal Trade). Any disputes arising from product purchases shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Consumers also have the right to pursue alternative dispute resolution as described on our Consumer Complaints page.
